I am a second-generation massage therapist who was inspired by my mother to pursue this profession. I have been practicing as a massage therapist for 10 years now and I specialize in deep-tissue massage to help my clients with chronic pain and tension. I find that this type of massage provides long-lasting relief to my clients. I enjoy working with my clients and finding creative solutions to their problems. I have recently also become specialized in post-op lymphatic drainage massage and have loved taking on the new challenge of caring for people recovering from cosmetic surgery.

I graduated from the IBS School of Cosmetology and Massage in 2015 when I was expecting my first child. This experience also sparked my interest in prenatal massage. I am passionate about helping pregnant people take care of their bodies and reduce pain during their pregnancy. I believe in fostering a connection with their pregnant body and their growing baby. In addition, I have also become a doula, which allows me to partner with soon-to-be parents, educate them, and provide pain management and advocacy during their births.

In my free time, I enjoy crochet, sewing, writing, and reading. I am a proud parent of two children, and I spend a lot of time in the dance studio parking lot while my oldest child dances her heart out!
